small room basic accessories

the location WAS good, near shopping malls and transport.

I was disappointed WITH the room size. It felt too small for what I paid. also, the staff DIDN'T seem very friendly, and I noticed there wasn't a bell boy available to help with luggage. the bathroom accessories seemed cheap and basic, and overall service felt lacking.

the location is excellent, i found it easy to get around. the 7 eleven downstairs is a definite plus. the breakfast had various selections and it changed each day.

I disliked that there was no access to the gym for ibis guests. Only mercure guests could use it. the room felt small for the price i paid.

small room inadequate insulation

the location is satisfactory near the train station. it met my basic needs for transportation.

The room i booked seemed much smaller than advertised. there was barely enough space to open my suitcase fully. the noise insulation was inadequate. I heard conversations and hallway noise easily.
